To-Go Food and Board Games Rentals Now Available!

tl dr; We’re temporarily closing our dining room

New online to-go ordering here — Rent our board games!

In solidarity with our community and as ordered by the City of Austin, Vigilante is closing our dining room until May 1st. While not serving patrons is difficult, we are proud to be part of a community that is taking aggressive action against COVID-19.

To achieve our own version of “normalcy,” we’re working to help enhance your game nights at home! First, we have now implemented ONLINE TO-GO ORDERING. Enjoy our small plates and milkshakes by ordering from our website and picking it up yourself. We are also available for delivery on UberEats. To support this new model, we will be temporarily adjusting our hours of operation. The new hours will be Wednesday – Sunday, 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm.

Additionally, to help combat isolation woes, we’re also adding a unique service to our online ordering system: Take-home BOARD GAME RENTALS are now live! We welcome you to choose a game from our library to take home for 72 hours. When you return it, we’ll be sanitizing the title and resting it for an additional 72 hours before it becomes available again.

To pick up your order, please wait in your car until your order is completed. You will receive a text when your order is ready. Simply ring the doorbell to the right of the front door and we’ll hand it off to you outside.

To order food and games, check out our online menu here.

The spirit of collaboration built Vigilante. Your support carried us through our early years. Thank you for supporting local businesses such as ours. Stay safe, and we look forward to serving you.

With gratitude,

Great idea & smart adaptation to the times. Keep working this. Could become a new profit center when the dust settles.
